One written white label agreement. The key terms, in plain English:

$1,000 deposit

Paid once after you sign. Credited in full to your own product and fulfillment fees. Non-refundable.

$1,000 a month

Product minimum from your first full month. A shortfall is billed and credited to the next month.

4-month start

Then month to month. Either side can end it with 60 days' written notice.

One invoice a month

Product, fees and postage on one invoice, due in 7 days. No late fees or interest.

Pay the $1,000 deposit by Zelle or ACH. It is credited to your own orders.
